Account info: display name, email, password (hashed)
User content: chat messages, reactions, AI prompts
Device & technical data: device model, OS version, crash logs, IP address
Usage data: screens viewed, session length
Push notification token
Purchase data: transaction ID, subscription status (handled by Apple/Google)

3How We Use Information

To provide and operate the App and its features
To enable social features such as watch parties and messaging
To send match alerts and service notices
To monitor, debug, and secure the App
To comply with legal obligations

4AI Features

When you use AI features, your text is sent through our secure backend to Anthropic (the maker of Claude). We do not send passwords or payment details to the AI provider. AI responses are for entertainment and information only.

5How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers who run the App on our behalf (hosting, analytics, Anthropic)
App stores for purchases
Other users for content you share in watch parties
Authorities for legal or safety reasons

6Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@theqxp.com.

EEA/UK users have rights under GDPR
California users have rights under CCPA

7Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

8Changes

We may update this Policy and will post a revised date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
